PD 09/29/2017

April 10, 2018, received RFE

May 14, 2018 RFE response submitted

May 22, 2018 RFE Response received by USCIS

After  May 22 2018, its been 92 days we have not heard anything from USCIS, Please advise what can we do?

Note : the RFE was a divorce decree for my ex which we submitted and  it was received

Texas Service Center

I sent in a divorce nisi and didn't include the absolute which is what makes the divorce final and null. I had to wait a month to get from South America, Guyana.  I mailed it in they received it, been 23 days and the case is back on track and they are reviewing it.  I am on pins and needle for I miss my husband I check every day the case status.  I think the normal wait time is 60-90days gosh this is a long wait.  I HAVE NOTICED A TREN THE TEXAS SERVICE CENTER HAS AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF RFE'S BEING SENT OUT.  Bear in mind my priority date is 12/4/17 I didn't expect to have to wait this long.  STRESSED AND WORRIED HERE.  MAY GOD BE WITH US ALL.
