Upto 8 weeks from the date NVC received your file. When you log into Ceac system you will see there's option for choice of agent. If it's not available in your case than you don't need to choice agent.

Pivot cases take the same time for a case # as non pivot?

This must be something very recent because the US embassy in Trinidad was never pivot [electronic processing]. Please keep us updated

Hi, yes I was surprised when they told me but apparently it is now. I will keep you all updated

If you're pivot you do not have to choose an agent. Some pivot cases are getting case numbers as soon as 2 weeks.
