Can't say what is necessary for the U.S. embassy in Taiwan.  Can only comment on the U.S. embassy in Manila.

USCIS does not set the rules for the embassies.  Embassies are under the Dept. of State.   Embassy don't use forms necessarily the same.

If there is not much info on the embassy website then did they send you a packet ?

Each K visa applicant must fill out a Form DS-160, pay K visa fee, and prepare required supporting documents, including medical report before booking a K visa appointment. Once the K1 applicant is ready for an appointment, he/she must make an appointment through http://www.ustraveldocs.com/tw/, a website maintained by our authorized partner, CGI Stanley. For additional information regarding the online appointment, please contact the call center via email, mailto: support-taiwan@ustraveldocs.com.

Thank you. Hank. I found out I have a mistake on My DS160 but I've submitted it and also paid the visa fee. Can I create a new DS160 then bring it to the interview ?

Should be able to, then bring the new confirmation page to the interview.   At least that can be done in Manila.

Hi. Hank and anyone who's here! The USA consulate responded to me,they told me to correct it when we go to the interview. It's tomorrow !😁We got a few mistakes on I129F, my petitioner's employment Start date, his mom's city of residence, his dad's birthday (He passed away in1982).We met on a dating website, but we didn't know it's an IMB till recently 😣I've gotten all the documents to prove them. Not sure if I should tell the CO about them before we start the interview questions ? Does anyone know what to do? I'll try to make it shorter if I should  tell the CO first. It might take about 1.5 minutes !😶

Do NOT volunteer information.  Answer all questions honestly .. then be quiet.    Smile and look the CO in the eyes when speaking.  ;)

Thank you for your suggestion.Hank. 😄 I found out that dating website isn't an IMB,so when the consulate officer asked me where I met my fiance ,I answered and showed her the information about that website, she just took a look then returned it back to me. I got about 10 questions. Sounds a lot!  😊 But the interview  went well, sometimes I couldn't really know what she meant(when she spoke too fast) then she'd repeat the question again in Chinese but I always answered in English .Finally, she told me we'd get visa in 3 days!! Wow! I'm so excited! Oh!By the way,we didn't get any paper from the CO,my daughter and I quietly walked out of the consulate ,couldn't stop screaming ! Too excited! Is it ok they didn't give us any paper?

Congrats!

Yup it is fine you didn't get any papers when you left.   Do watch your email.   And watch the CEAC website for the status of your visa

Thank you for your kindness.  I checked the website of CEAC, hasn't updated. I'll see if I can get the visa delivery tomorrow.
