You previously stated the children would complete their interviews in January ....    now you are stating May  ??

DS-160 must be completed prior to the interview no matter ~

Sorry to confuse you. My son might plan to leave for the USA a month later(On July 30) than my daughter. So his medical exam will be expired if he gets it with us on Jan 4.He needs to apply for k2 interview alone, the date will be in May or June prior to his departure date.Does it make sense?

You really should take your questions to the Taiwan sub-forum,  how the process is completed in the Philippines can vary from how it is completed in Taiwan

One more thing.......since citizens in Taiwan can use ESTA, have you thought about a wedding in Taiwan and a CR-1 visa instead of a K-1?

K-1

    More expensive than CR-1

Requires Adjustment of Status after marriage (expensive and requires a lot of paperwork)

Spouse can not leave the US until she receives approved Advance Parole (approx 3-4 months)

Spouse can not work until she receives EAD (approx 3-4 months)

some people have had problems with driver licenses, Social Security cards, leases, bank account during this period .

Spouse will not receive Green Card for many months after Adjustment of Status is filed.

CR-1

    Less expensive than K-1

    No AOS required.

Spouse can immediately travel outside the US

Spouse can start work if desired

Spouse receives Social Security Card and Green Card withing 2 or 3 weeks after entering the US

Spouse  has legal permanent Resident status IMMEDIATELY upon entry to US.

All-in-all, the CR-1 is superior to the K-1 imo.

Are you using abbreviations like "dist" for district, "Ln" for Lane, etc to maximize space ?  One of our address in Taipei was pretty long (an apt in an alley  on a lane off Roosevelt Road in Taipei).  We were able to fit it in.

Sorry. Hank. Can I apply for a new DS160 ? I've not submit my DS160. I've uploaded my photo and also reviewed it twice the day before  yesterday then I save it to a file in my laptop  .Today I tried to review it , I found out my photo was still there but it won't let me go on the next step. I redid to upload my photo again, it was accepted. But still wouldn't let me go on the next step .What's wrong with it? Is it due to I saved it to a file in my laptop ? If I can't sign this DS160, what can I do ? get a new one? Thank you

Hi. I've submitted the DS160 and got it printed. The problem I had before might be the system's issue bcu I could get through it next day. But at the last page, it showed I needed to edit my family -fiance's information. Actually they were all showed up when I reviewed them,I also have edited this part and saved it many times. So I just ignored it then submitted the DS160. Will it has any problem when I go to the interview ?

For I134 FORM ,page 3,item 4,the sponsor 's income and asset,If my fiance fills in this item, does he  need to get a statement from the bank to identify the details about the balance of his savings and checking account and total ammount deposited for the past year and the present balance? Bcu on the instruction,it states about this identification. Thank you for your response !😊

For the I-134 at the U.S. embassy in Taiwan I am not sure of their requirements, you really should read their requirements/checklist (gave you links earlier)

For Manila all that is needed with the I-134 is the most recent tax return and W-2, unless a person is a new employee in which case an letter from the employer and pay stub are good to have .   Bank statements for Manila ..

Thank you. But there's no details of requirements about i134 from the USA consulate. It only says affidavit of support. I read the I134 instructions from the website of USCIS. Seems like it says ppl should attatch the bank statement. That's why I doubt for..Actually on my fiance's 1040 form ,the wagets,salaries,tips...from W2 is over $90000.Just on the i134 we want to fill in more items(don't know if it necessary ).

Can't say what is necessary for the U.S. embassy in Taiwan.  Can only comment on the U.S. embassy in Manila.

USCIS does not set the rules for the embassies.  Embassies are under the Dept. of State.   Embassy don't use forms necessarily the same.

If there is not much info on the embassy website then did they send you a packet ?
