You are Taiwan so I don't have a clue.   Should be asking your questions on that forum.   This is the Philippines forum

I've found it out on the website of the travel. state.gov.The I-129F  only has 4 months validity from the date of Noa2 .

As stated in the image you posted - the CO will extend the validity of the petition (for up to a year)

Correct answer to the 1st question is YES

Correct answer to the 2nd question is NO (unless you have aunts, uncles or cousins in the USA)

About the second question, if we answer "yes" then it won't ask us "Do you have any other relatives in the USA ?". Right? .because I couldn't find it out on the page of family information :relativrelatives.

You answer the YES or NO questions base on what is true.   You answer any other questions based on what it asks for.   It is as simple as that.   The guide gives some explanations

There is now a question asking if your K2 child will join you later?     That is a new question.  What is the exact wording?

Sorry. I sent you the wrong one. If I say "No" for the first question, then it'll show me"Is the child traveling to the USA later  to join you ?"

Do you have a K2 child?  Is the child traveling with you now or later.  The questions are straight forward to answer.

I just answered you about you asked me yesterday. Yes. My kids are listed on i129F, so they can apply for k2 visa later after my K1 will be issued. I'm confused about "Did you ever used other names?(maiden, religious, professional, alieas…) I don't really know where it means to use other names?

Sorry I forgot.  There are numerous people contacting me.

The other name question is straight forward,  they even give you examples -   you would know if you used a name other than your birth name in you day to day life

Yes. Thank you😀

Hi. I got a question.  I think it's better for my children and me submit our DS 160 at the same time(now or October) '

our petition expiration date is Dec 8

I plan to

1) get the medical exam before Jan 4

2) go to the interview on Jan 10.

3)My children go to the USA on Jun 20(the medical exam won't be expired)

Is it ok if we submit DS160 in October then schedule the interview date on January ?

Thank you for your reply

Petition is good for up to a year (embassy will extend the validity)

Your children must obtain their visas within one year of when you were issued your visa.     (so January would be well within that time frame)

With such a short time frame before their interviews I think you are fine with the DS-160s now.

Thank you so much. As long as they can enter the USA prior the medical exam expiration date.   It'll be fine. Right?

If my son will enter the USA (July 30) his medical exam will be  expired,so it's better for him to submit his DS160  prior his interview in May ,correct?

You previously stated the children would complete their interviews in January ....    now you are stating May  ??

DS-160 must be completed prior to the interview no matter ~
