NVC has not received my case

our case have been approved June 23,2018 at National Benefit Center . we can't check the status online because the case number keep giving saying it is error and  we have the approval letter.

 

we don't know what going on every time we call both centers its not in the system.

 

some people say it take up to 13 week for NVC to received the case.

 

anyone have the same problem?

When you check the status of I130 on USCIS does it say that it was sent? If yes call NVC and request for them to look for your file you will need some info and they can give you the new case number (different from USCIS number). 

If not call USCIS and see what's going on with them.

I did mention the website keep saying the case number is error, I also said we call both centers both saying it’s one saying it’s error the next one said they haven’t received it, it take up to 8 weeks but I some people said it take 8-13 weeks for them to receive it.

USCIS Receipt number is different from case number it seems you are entering USCIS number , case number is given by NVC, Good luck.
