can anyone plz tell me who i can contact the us embassy islambad other the IV inquiry

my viza is f3 family immigration viza on the interview the co officer give 221g letter saying send additional documents and asked for DNA testing we have done wth DNA samples in the embassy isl on 1 august 2018 but the embassy didn,t send back the samples on DNA till now we have contacted the labortory the asked we have not your samples back from embassy i have send 2 3 iv inquiry but the embassy didn,t response anybody know what is going on or how i can contact to the embassy other than iv inquiry your feedback will be highly appriciated THANK YOU

Inquiry is the only way.  You can have the petitioner contact the congressman from their state  if it takes to long for a response and see if that gets you the answers you need.  Calling them will not be helpful they will not answer case specific questions and they typically just hang up.

ok thank you for your response 25 days ago we give DNA samples on 1 august 2018 i have contact the labortory they tell me that your samples didn’t reached yet embassy didn,t send back i have send 3 4 IV inquiry but the embassy didn,t response i dont know whats going on why the embassy is not sending back samples to the labortory or embassy missed the sample?
