If we take the CFO class/seminar  pre embassy interview  and the passport is in hand at CFO, will the sticker be placed at completion of CFO?

 

Also, do we need to arrive early to CFO,

We thought we saw something about that..

Must have the visa in the passport before CFO issues the sticker.
