No being fake is not what i need. I just dont need disrespectful feedback.

The truth is "negativity" and you don't need that. False hope is "disrespectful". So what exactly are you looking for here? I'm honestly trying to understand what you hope to gain at this point.

Clearly from your response you overlooked everything that I and others have said. And hoping negativity on me is childish when I simply stated nothing of negativity. No I don't know you and don't care to know you. I didn't address the negative responses because it was irrelevant. Fact is, you're mad and angry at those trying to give you advice for something that is clearly your fault. That, my dear, is not negative...that is a fact. I read everyone's comments and the common message is here is clear...a withdrawal request cannot be retracted. And will affect you in the long run with other parts of this immigration process because the K1 is only the first step.

But you don't have to like what I said, and you can try to insult me all you want, hun! Considering where I'm sitting in this process, already done with the K1 and moving on to the AOS, you would think someone in your predicament would listen to those that have been in your shoes trying to give you sound advice. And when I have difficult situations and ask for assistance on here, I DON'T act like a child and catch an attitude with what advice or negativity is being said. It's called being an adult and accepting criticism whether good or bad. You, my dear should learn how to do that!!!

So now, I just watch from the rest of the show as you continue to embarrass yourself even more for something we are simply trying to help you understand and give advice about!!! :pop:

I dont care how long you write. Your commentary is rude and not helpful period. And how mature of you to brag about the status of your K1. But thats alright. Karma will take care if you. I never once said anything defensive about anyone else's opinion. Thats exactly what it is...an opinion. Thank you and goodbye.

I've read everything from the first page to this and I don't see anyone being rude to you. I see people giving you facts and advice.

Well obviously we have different perspectives.

With all due respect, it’s not “positive vibes” you need. What you need is a proper understanding of USCIS processes. This is what people are trying to give you.

If you dont have anything important to say...then don't say anything. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Sweetheart, she is not bragging about her K1. She is telling you that she has gone through the K1 already and knows what she's talking about. Get off your high horse and start listening.

Though it doesn't really matter at this point. What's done is done. Lessoned (hopefully) learned (though I doubt it). Good luck!

Clearly. And it is sad that you can't accept the facts they're giving you. And I am sure this thread will be closed soon.

I am not talking about the so called "facts"

So understanding how USCIS works is not important? Isn't that the whole point of immigration?

I really wasn't bragging at all and thank you for stating the obvious. Sad because the truth unfortunately, hurts. Since she seems to have gotten her answers to her situation prior to coming on here and requesting advice, there was no point to this thread being created. Never once did I judge her reasons for doing it (I really don't care, because it's not my relationship/marriage). But 4 people have told her the same thing and she has come back with a defensive response saying "I know the law and it's not withdrawn".....SMH!!!!

But thanks again!

ROC Filing:

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken
