You need to do what you feel is best for your case. But I will say I know 5 people who appealed their cases within the last year. All have been reaffirmed and at least 3 of them have their spouses here. The Ghana embassy has undergone a big change recently and I am seeing more people get approved there then I have in the 4 years i’ve been dealing with immigration. 

I wonder if I am reading this correct that they are past the process again reaffirmed by sending an Evidence I mean I'm wondering if the USCIS want to revoke their petition and now they are telling them they can do an appeal for example they received notice of intent to revoke and should have responded to it and based on the response the USCIS is saying they want to revoke the petition anyway so now they are offered them a chance to do one last thing which is an appeal that is how I'm understanding the situation I don't know if this helps or not but my case has been reaffirmed I sent my paperwork in on July 24th on July 25th I received notice that they have received all my documents on August 10th my case was reaffirmed but I did not receive the notice that it was real firm until August 15th now my case is on his way to the Department of State I do not use a lawyer or either I address the issues myself wish you guys the best of luck

Agreed - reapply. To appeal you would have to provide evidence as to why the petition was incorrectly denied. A failure to respond to a NOIR within 30 days - barring unusual circumstances - is a valid reason for a revocation of the petition to proceed. It would be a very uphill process to appeal.

I was mistaken on my original posts. Your attorney is correct in his counsel. Your case has been revoked and the next steps would be to reapply. I mistunderstood and thought you had received the initial NOIR which gives you 30 days to appeal. This is completely different. Sorry!
