I am an American citizen while my wife is Korean. We are married and in the process of applying for AOS through marriage.

What we have so far:

  • Affidavit of a close friend who was at the wedding
  • Pictures
  • Joint Bank
  • Joint Credit Card
  • Joint Health, Vision, Dental insurance
  • Joint Lease
  • Some joint utility
  • Marriage Certificate

I have:

  • Letter from company stating income
  • Paystubs
  • Birth certificate
  • Expired passport
  • 2016 tax return
    • Was not required to file previous years due to not earning much (was going to school back then but am earning much more now and will be filing 2018 taxes)

She has:

  • Family Relation Certificate (English and Korean with a statement for the translated English version)
  • Household Register (English and Korean)
  • Passport
  • She came on a J-1 Visa
    • 2 year requirement waived
    • J-1 documentation

Are we missing anything or do we look okay?

As for the pictures, what kind of pictures would be best to send in?

Looks good.

Pictures should span the entirety of your relationship, not just from when you guys got married. Pictures at recognizable landmarks or cities, pictures with each other's families and at special events/occasions (holidays, birthdays, etc) are good.
