Trying to Find Easiest/Fastest Process for Fiance

It's all about timing with us.  We can apply for the K-1 now and prayerfully have her here in America any time between March and June or so next year.  However, if we went for the CR-1, the earliest we could get married would be the end of December, and then we could tack on another 14-16 months after that before we could be together (with intermittent visitations, of course).  Essentially, going with the K-1 now meant that she'd be in this country with me and (likely) having a temporary work permit (possibly even a green card) before she would even be in the country with a CR-1.  Yes, it will cost a little more, but the time we'd miss out on wouldn't be worth it to either of us.

Now, I have a couple (presumably) silly questions, if I may ask . . .

1) It says when there's not enough space to fill in an answer to go to Part 8. Additional Information and fill in there.  However, I noticed that for Part1, #13 Full Name of Employer, their box isn't large enough to fit the full name of my employer in.  Thus, I've gone and filled that information into the first selection of Part 8.  Do you just leave as much of the name as you can fit within the #13 box?  I know this seems like a stupid question, but I just don't want to screw up this I-129f application and get it thrown out for some silly little thing like this!

2) For the 2nd Part of the Applying Process (where it turns over to her side), one of the requirements is to have a Police Certificate for everywhere she's lived for 6 months or more.  Now, she spent 9 months doing missionary work in Turkey, but never was able to get a residency there.  Thus, she would spend 3 months there on a visa, then go back home for 2-3 weeks, rinse and repeat.  Would she even have a Police Certificate from Turkey to get in this case?  She was concerned about that, so I thought I'd bring that up to you fine people here . . . .

Thanks again, all!  You've been awesome!
