Hi everyone!  

 

I am so confused.  If you are making $80,000 annually,  would that be enough to sponsor your fiancée?

 

If that is enough, can you just skip completing the assets portion?

Yes, you don’t have to list assets if you are not planning to use them to meet the level.

Just complete the questions asked and read the instructions. That will tell you which ones to answer. It doesn’t take that long to fill in the blanks.

My fiance only filled out the income part, the rest is not relevant as his salary was more than enough. Just put down your annual income and support the affidavit with a tax return(s).

If you are making 80k its good enough but you can add your assets as well like car,lease docs and etc whatever you have it gives a positive impact on your case.

I make around this it was just me and my fiancé. I didn't include any of my assets and it was fine.

 

No questions asked other than just the proof that I make this (taxes, pay stubs, employment letters).
