Sorry.... I did not pay enough attention to my dashboard...before I paid the visa fee yesterday...

So I can't tell if the item circled in red...is showing what I need to pay....or what has been paid!?  

 

And yes...it has been paid...but only yesterday.

In my experience it took about 12 hours before the payment was reflected on the site.  Try to schedule the appointment.  If the payment went through it would be obvious.  I do not believe you can get to the schedule page unless the payment has been confirmed and recorded.

That is showing the fee that you paid.   If you had not paid the fee, or it had not been recorded yet .. that would be blank

 

Schedule appt is next!
