Your past marriages will not cause a refusal of your Cr1 visa.    However since your husband is from Morocco it could take some time before he gets a visa.   If he was never married before this marriage with you and you are much older it could result in more scrutiny at the embassy stage.

Past marriages should have no affect; but as mentioned with it being Morocco and it being a high fraud country, you will definately want to front load any petition.

While they cannot refuse the visa because of your past relationship history, the Casablanca consulate will certainly take everything into consideration. Morocco is one of the tougher countries to get a visa from, this is especially true if there are any 'red flags' in the relationship (For example, a much older female petitioner with a young male beneficiary, getting married on the very first visit, language differences, ect).

It's not impossible to have an approved spousal visa through Casablanca, but it won't be easy and will require a lot of solid relationship evidence.

yes i understant you you are right  al oldr than 9 years and we sent lots for proofs i visted 3 times  moroco  and we sent pic of us with family and places and weeding marriage  , i added my husband to my 401k and my car asurance and my asurance life   afiidavit frm family and his family .......

Front loading is basically adding is as much relationship evidence as possible in the initial I-130 petition. We were a K-1 visa and did not have to worry about that really with the Philippines, so can't give you direct specifics.

Go to the top right corner of the page and you'll see a search bar. You can search for "front loading spousal petition" or search Morocco specific things and read through some older threads. You will find a lot of useful information.

If you have specific questions about Morocco and can't find it there, you can go to the top of the page, left side, you'll see "Portals" tab. That will take you to the Morocco forum. There you will find other users also who are going through the embassy there and perhaps can private message them..

it is more important that u could give him a child

look closely at the 125% poverty level guidelines to make sure your income meets ocView/SLB/DATAOBJECTS/I_864P.pdf

u must include all people who live in your house

i hope u included proof of the 3 trips with your application

u r on the way to finlances which is good for Morocco

add him to 2017 tax returns as your spouse/ he will need to fill out the W7 form to get the needed ITIN

Mmm off topic...seems Moroccan men have some charm. A week doesn’t go by before we hear of them. I wonder, why haven’t we met these ladies who marry these Moroccans? How come we can’t find them yet we’re already here in the States...

Just a light joke.....

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

Re-read what I posted and you’ll understand the heartly humor in it.

It wasn’t a satire.
