I would get it in the state you plan to live in, and seek legal advice.

 

The other party signing the prenup will need to go to a different lawyer and seek counsel, I have seen some thrown out in court when 2nd party didn't get separate attorney counsel.

 

Then since English isn't either of yours native language that is just another reason to seek lawyer.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

NY or NJ lawyer.

 

This is not a DIY.  You get anything wrong and the entire thing is unenforceable.  For example, in California, generally both parties have to be represented by separate lawyers.  If the weaker party is not represented by a separate lawyer, then the prenup can be attacked.  

 

If you have assets to protect, then don't be cheap.  The cheap gets expensive if you don't know what you're doing.

hire an attorney in the state.

 

personally, if you feel a prenup is necessary, you might be marrying the wrong person. But thats just my personal feelings on the matter. For better or worse, everything belongs to both of us. 

 

except apparently my demon puppy. he wants no stake in that claim. lololololol

His previous posts suggest that he is a USC living in Ukraine with his Ukrainian fiancée. He has filed an I-129F. Hopefully he has realized that in their situation the K-1 is as good as useless and should get married first and file a spousal visa so that the fiancée can become an LPR immediately at POE.
