Photos from your relationship printed from a computer are fine. Our packets even had them printed on 8.5x11 paper.  We did this for K-1, AOS and ROC.  Best of luck on the start of your journey.

I copied and pasted about 4 photos each  on a couple 8.5x11 inch sheets....no issues at all.

When I send in pictures that we have taken of us during our relationship can they be printed off the computer or should I order actual prints?

Either way is fine but please make sure you include info such as date and location for each photo. You may also want to include the names of folks in your photos (especially that of petitioner and beneficiary).

Yeah, my spouse, the petitioner just printed off his computer on regular copy paper in black/white. (Colour is too expensive). He put the date stamps and wrong next to the people in the pictures who they were in black ink, location, etc..and filed them in order with the boarding passes etc. This way they refer to the travel dates. We also met in another African country just before his Embassy interview. We had a devil of a time getting to a cafe and printing out.

We sent about 20 pictures in all. USCIS knows we cannot afford colour prints.

The only pictures I sent actual photo paper prints of were the 2x2 passport-style photos (had my fiancée email me an image file and I ordered prints online). Everything else was just printed out on normal paper, with 3-6 pictures per page. That seems like what most people do these days.
