Case transferred.. How do you know where?

I've noticed people saying they have had cases transferred to NBC etc. How do you guys verify this?

 

Using the "case tracker" app it shows "Case was received at my local office". However I see no mention of the service center

I got a letter in the mail saying that it had been transferred to the NBC.  Prior to that I had an "update" regarding my case being received at the local office but the consensus here is that, that update was a glitch.  I personally, didn't get anything in the mail after getting that status update in February.  However, for the next update in May that said my case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction, I got a NOA in the mail.

Thanks for the update. I suppose mine was one of those glitches as I never received a letter, only the app got updated with the info.

Ours has that same status "at local office" since Feb 2018. I created an SR and was confirmed that our case is still in CSC.
