Good day house.

My fiance wants to file a K-1 VISA for me.

My friend advised that we should marry and go through spouse VISA because that one has more success rate.

Please I need advice.

What is the possibility of us bring successful with a fiance VISA

Also, what is the implication of lack of photos, on the visa application?

The Spouse visa has lot of advantages. If there are possibilities, i would really recommend  you  go ahead with it.

Advantages:

1. You will enter the US with Green card

2. You can start work rightway

IF you come with a K-1 VISA,  you have to do the following:

1. File for AOS

2.Wait for your EAD  to be approve which my take 5-7months. (Very stressful time )

4. Attend another interview with USCIS

You need photos as evidence. You also have to meet at least ones in the last 2years. Finally the interviewing officer has the discretion to approve or reject any visa application. The onus is on the applicant to convince the officer. Gather as much evidence of your relationship as possible. E.g Photos, Text messages, Email messages, western union  e.t.c
