I do not meet the income requirements because most of my income comes from babysitting. Where do i file for a joint sponsor?

What do you mean? You don't apply to get a joint sponsor...

 

You need to find a qualifying person on your own, the person that agrees to sign the financial responsibility for your beneficiary. Family member, friend, etc.

Any USC or LPR over 18, living in the USA and with sufficient income or assets can be a co-sponsor. Your job is to convince someone to volunteer.

I meant at what part of the process do I include the joint sponsor

For the K-1 it's the interview stage.

So my foreign fiance will take the documents with him saying we have a co sponsor?

The other sponsor will complete an I-134 and provide financial evidence such as tax returns and your fiancé will take all that to the interview on the day.
