Can anyone advice me.. My fiancée is about to get her K1 visa from Singapore, can she be able to go back to Singapore to complete her work project after we got married here in the US and applied for green card? Can she travel back while she’s waiting for her green card.

Of course she can travel back.

Coming BACK to the US is another issue.

 

Basically, after you apply for AOS she CANNOT LEAVE - until she has either Advance Parole or Green Card in hand. Waiting time for AP and work permit it about 3 to 6 months now (from the moment you send out AOS).  If she leaves without those, she will NOT be allowed back to the US.

 

She also cannot leave and you cannot send the AP to her when she's abroad. She will not be allowed to come back either.

 

So basically, if that work project is so important have her finish it BEFORE she leaves for the US.

No she can't travel back like you plan. If she leaves the US then it will be a long time before she would be able to come back. Basically, you wpuld have to start all over but this tine with a spousal visa...which is taking 12 -18 months. 

 

The best advise to either not do it all or have her complete the assignment BEFORE she comes to the US. After she is given a K1 visa, she will have up to 6 months (usually from the date of her medical exam) to enter with it.
