Apparently someone at USCIS went on a tangent today with the RFE’s. When I searched the 500 cases around my case number on the app, 200 pulled up that were i129-F’s and out of those 200, 19 were sent RFE’s today... and today is not done yet...

Made me feel queezy. Lots of prayers going out for everyone today.

What app is this that you can use to check the cases around yours?

Normal RFE processing for notification is about 2 weeks. Your mileage may vary.

I have been digging into recent cases and it seems like about a week to receive the letter in the mail, the 8 to 10 days for NOA2 after sending your response. To me, this is not bad, so hopefully it's the case for us.

You all are lucky. i got nothing yet. I think that my case will take long  like before again..

Don't worry! My NOA1 is 6/29 (hard copy) and I'm still waiting. It hurts when many people was approved before us.

I wish all of us patience!!!

Well thank you Faisal1 for this optimistic and encouraging post lol 😅

@Yarega dont worry, it will probably not take that long, some in May/June/July are still waiting. It all depends on how long a background check takes and how slow or fast a worker does the job. Don't worry.

Well, since I'm home with sick kiddos and one of them was up at 4AM EST needing a quick bath, I ventured to old site and changed the last digit of our case [ours is a 6]...case #5 & 8 were approved on 1/10 while #6 & 7 shows received.

I'll still wait...hey, VJ timeline says I may get a notification as early as tomorrow 😁😁😁.

Catherine.

P.S. SMILE or LAUGH...we're alive and the grand majority of us ARE NOT in Venezuela today. Whatever your position, send good/positive vibes their way.
