Yesterday i decided to not check the site from tomorrow onwards as im getting stressed, when i read today here in this thread that there was approval of aug29..

I couldn't help it but check again.. To my surprise after 141 days.. We are approved!!!

Old site noa1: Aug 24 : noa2: case received

New site noa1: Aug 29 : noa2: Jan 17

Waiting for the hardcopy..

Thank you All

THANK YOU JESUS

Today my fiance received the letter from uscis but he did not have a chance to take a good look on it since he said he wanted to check it with me plus he was rushing to go for work... But he opened it...

I asked him how does it look like,. He said it's like a birth certificate 😅

I sent him sample of noa2 from the internet and ask of its just 1 page? , he said yes its 1 page and it looks like a birth certificate 😂

... I have no idea what US birth certificate looks like. :) I guess it is birth of the NVC part of your journey. Hopefully in all that rushing he is being careful while driving.

I tried putting my case number in the new site and it keeps saying it had an issue syncing the number and to try again in a few minutes. Has anyone received that message on the new site?

A lot of ppl are reporting problems with that website. What they've done is given it 12 to 24 hours and they've been successful.

They are not finished with July or August and they are just starting on September. You're still in regular and normal processing times. More patience.

Don't forget, you can check your mail while out of the country by signing up for USPS Informed Delivery! It's a free online service where they send notifications to your phone with pictures of incoming mail. Lots of people have been able to see their NOA2 letter arrive this way while at work or out of the country. :) Don't have to wait to get home!

Oh yes, I forgot to mention I have informed delivery. I'm in the air right now and I see I have some car wash coupons waiting so far. Haha!

My fiance got NOA 1 Aug 9 2018, our status changed from received to "name updated" on Jan 14 2019, No idea what that status means, and we're still waiting for NOA2.
