Some posts ago, someone stated she called several times until someone read her the content of the RFE.

 

Personally, I'm not calling. I'm just gonna wait til I hear from them. We're within normal limits.

Yea, you just have to speak to a level 2,but to me it's not even worth the wait because I can't respond without the letter anyway. I'm sure it's either because I forgot to check the box that I didn't use a dating service or because I didn't put "see attached" in the how we met portion.

It takes about 2 weeks to get the letter.

Hey guys, my post office sends pictures of the mail before it is delivered.

i don’t have it in my hands yet, but i see its is only 1 page inside the envelope

no updates to either website, emails, texts, nothing. I guess I should be received the letter hopefully this week. 

I just tried calling for an update but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and the automated guy said anything on the website is what they would tell me on the phone anyway 😕 how did you get through?

Yes, pretty certain that is NOA2, congrats. You can check earlier in the thread and see where Sara posted her letter which was NOA2 approval.

Well, that is a mixed blessing for sure but at the very least you know. Hopefully letter will make it to you soon and is something simple!

Press button to get case status. Put in your WAC number starting with 922 for WAC, they will read you status from website, after that ignore what voice says and push 3. That method worked for me couple weeks ago. Some people say just don't press anything and wait for it to ring. If they talk to you in Spanish and you do not speak it, ask to be transferred to English operator.

Hey guys I have some bad news.

Old site has informed me that they mailed an RFE to us today. New site still just says "received". Not sure what it's about, but there are several things it might pertain to, hoping its something easy to get evidence for. (For ease of reference our dates are Old Site: Aug 22, 2018, New Site: Aug 27, 2018).

I will update as soon as I can. Seems we can't catch a break with anything 😰

Positive is, at least we know they looked at our case. Best of luck to all.
