Also for us consulate I'll be attending for interview I put Toronto thinking of physical exam instead of Montreal. Which is an easy fix.

Yeah i didnt include the IMB act either. So I'm expecting an RFE also.  Tinder has been out for like 10 years. Its basic common knowledge, especially in the united states, that tinder is for meeting people, dates, and friendships. Not a paid service specifically designed for MARRIAGE. It's crazy that they still send RFE's for that purpose. 🙄🙄  Did they update your status on the website?

Yep just updated today online. Hoping it doesn't take long. I'm pregnant due may 31. Was hoping to be there before I'm due since I don't need to fly but not sure now.

If you visit him and the baby comes then the baby is a US citizen and you don't have to do a ton of paperwork. Go back to Canada and finish the K1 enter the US and then marry and file for a GC. Trust me it will be simpler this then having the baby in Canada and going through Canadian paperwork and then USA paperwork. Once you are settled in the USA then you can look in on what is needed if anything for the baby & Canada.

Problem is that I won't be covered unless I'm married already and I don't want to pay 30,000 for birth when it's free here. I believe all I need to do is go to a us consulate here with the baby and him and apply for a us passport since the baby is an American citizen?

That and possibly a DNA test. You may want to research this subject and see what works for you guys. I just wanted to get you thinking of what is needed so it was one less thing to be concerned about. Good luck.

Received Hard Copy NOA2 today. The notice date is actually 10 Jan 19, as oppose to 11 Jan 19 as the email and websites stated. I already updated my timeline on the website. and just added a note regarding this on my signature timeline.

Look up requirements for I-134 on your embassy site. They tend to vary a bit, as different embassies have different requirements.

Approved Jan 14th

 

Approved on the oldsite, not on the new.

Got e-mail with approval saying they will mail and to follow directions on it.,

Got spammed text 7 times telling me to check on-line lol I didn't mind the spam since it was good news.

 

GOOD LUCK to everyone still waiting, it feels like a weight has been lifted I can sleep better at night now at least until the interview lol..

 

I've must of check that package 30 times,  lol

Please let us know if it really is for Tinder coz we’re on the same boat!😅 hopefully not! I mean, are these people ancient???

Helloooo great news here!!!! My fiancé received our NOA2 hardcopy today!!!!!! We were checking the old and new site as well as case tracker app and all of them still say Case Received and We are approved!!!

 

Case received- August 10, 2018

NOA1- August 16, 2018

NOA2- January 9, 2019

 

I already updated my timeline to keep helping others. Thanks so much to all of you who have to many positive energy, specially to @Greenbaum who's always available to help us!!!!! Thank so much. August fillers, your NOA2 are coming. 

 

Now to the next forum, right? @Greenbaum
