So the only reason you might have gotten an RFE would have to be that you didn't answer Question 55? But you said you did specify No, correct?

They didn't. See the quote from earlier. They put "N/A" in boxes 56 through 61, BUT forgot explicitly check 55 with a No (Which incidently disallows putting N/A then since those boxes become non-editable)

At least that how I interpreted rubberducky's response. It is very simple RFE, but an annoying one, since USCIS could have extrapolated "NO" answer from all those N/A but they wanted to be explicit.

Yeah, I just looked at the copy. I had "N/A" listed on all the spots about IMB except a [x] NO. for if I used one. Looks like this is a simple fix thankfully.

My plan is to make copies of the letter I was sent then send the info with some sort of tracking back to them.

Well, I had seen some RFEs due to the question 55, so I decided to check mine. Turns out there's not only a chance that I didn't check that box (still a chance I may have did that by hand as well as all the "n/a" sections) , but I definitely forgot to fill out the section 54, "circumstances of our in person meeting". I checked the box yes for question 53, but then didn't provide the details. Now I'm terrified 😭😭😭  We wrote a letter outlining our meeting and relationship in detail and both wet signed it, so I'm really hoping that helps get it through. I can't believe I forgot to write something in that box 😭😭😭😭😭

I wouldn't worry about it honestly. They barely give any space to write something in that box. I can't imagine that they wouldn't figure out that you included a letter as evidence plus other things to show proof. Did you specify somewhere else that you were including a letter for proof of relationship?

I think see the only thing I wrote in 54 is "see attached" As long as letter  with "love story" is included I am sure they will understand it as answer to question 54.

Will do :)

Can you please complete your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

no, that's what I'm scared of. I completely forgot to write "proof attached" or something like that. I included a declaration of how we met, plane tickets, my visa photos, and photos of us. there is no way they could go through the packet and have a shadow of a doubt that we have been together within the last 2 years (I worked at the Embassy there). I just have a feeling the adjudicator will still feel it necessary for me to have written "see attached" and issue me an RFE because that's their style there at USCIS....

I highly doubt that empty box 54 would give you trouble if you actually included the letter. Unchecked box 55 might though.

Well, I have a feeling we'll find out this week. I think most of the rest of the August filers are going to get knocked out this week, transitioning into September filers the following.
