yea...uscis want 1 letter of intent with original signiture from each person...but best wishes forward!

We only sent one letter of intent with original signatures also.  We just got approved.  Maybe it depends on the adjudicator that is handling your case.

It absolutely does. But sending 2 is the safest path. They do not send RFEs out for having extra letter of intent after all.

We sent 3 letter of intent. 1 letter for each of us and 1 letter with both our signature in it (to be so sure). We got approved yesterday (143 days). 😋

Oh my God!  I decided to check the old site just now.  Our case was just approved.  I haven't even bothered to check new site.  My fiancé is chief security for his church on weekends, but I am going to disturb him right now & give him the good news.  You guys are the first.  Thank you so very much for your encouragement.  It's been a heck of a journey for us.  God bless you as you continue to travel through this journey.  I will update my timeline as soon as fiancé knows.  Finally it happened.  I can't believe it 🤣🤣.  A great birthday present for me.  My birthday is tomorrow.

🎂Have a great day🎂

I feel you, the only thing that is keeping me from completely losing hope is that this can’t go on forever and we’re nearing the end, even if we’re a little behind we’re bound to get something sooner or later
