Thank you. Now we can distinguish your country relatively easily without having to "search" for it as we know see your country and flag.

We sent off a huge binder- packed with evidence dating back 3 years as well as letters from family 

 

we  were approved on the old site

I recieved a text/email that they have taken action on our case. I visited the new site right away-it says approved! I checked the old site, it hasn't changed yet. Still waiting on the letter, we have informed delivery, so another celebration when that comes. 

 

Our application: completed 100% ourselves with lots of advice from VJ,  1 divorce (finance), lots of in person visits so I did not include ANY WhatsApp messages, skype/phone records, facebook/social media, etc. I did have lots of proof of our visits. 

 

I am going to update my timeline! Hopefully everyone will be ahead of schedule!

Congrats to everyone who received their noa2!!!! For the people who are worried because someone with a further date got approved.... my noa1 is 16 and I don’t have anything. We needed some information and they told us they’re working on our case and it all still looked good. I think I’m just on different  pile of filers. In the meantime I’m booking another flight to my fiancé to spend our bdays together in 4 weeks! Hopefully I can get a flight. We can wait for our noa2 together.

Yes you know my previous case took 402 days  and i had to file for law suit to get a reply from uscis. and this is my second time for filling.  So hope for the best

No need to worry. You're in normal processing time. They just started adjudicating Aug. NOA1's. More patience is needed.

 

Use the tools here in VJ to answer "when I am going to get etc. etc." question. Near your picture, there is a link to your timeline. Select it and once you're on the next page near your picture you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement for when others from your Embassy are getting the same notice of approval or action.  Try it. It really works!

 

And, if you want to follow those from other countries that have similar timelines as yours there are several tools available to you. Go up to Immigration Timelines on the blue ribbon above and select it. Once you are on the next page looked to your left and you will see a box that states, "find similar timelines" and select it. A list will populate with those who are processing close to your timeline. When they start to change you will soon be behind them.

 

I followed those that were in my group to give me an idea where they were in processing so I could judge if I was ahead or behind.  It's pretty accurate, maybe within a day or so.

 

If you choose to follow those twelve members then you will get an email every time their status updates.

Your welcome. Now if you can update your profile that would help us know your embassy so we can tailor any information that is important to your embassy/process we can do it without digging around for the information. Most will skip your questions if they have to do any extra work which also includes me. It only helps you.
