I havent heard anything from uscis. Im getting nervous something could be wrong with our case, since a lot of other cases got approved for noa2.

Received date is Aug 6 on the old site. Aug 10 on the new site.

I'm anxiously waiting too, mine was August 3 in new site. But apparently cases can fall out of order once they return from background checks. Each case is different sadly.

There are as of right now 13 August approvals, and one RFE. There are 216 untouched case still with VisaJourney timelines. That means that only about 6% of the cases were touched that we know about. It is not a lot. Also, unfortunately, USCIS seems to be doing a lot "silent" approvals nowadays, which means people do not hear anything at all until NOA2 shows up in their mailbox one day. Make sure you sign up for informed delivery if you haven't yet and try not to worry too much. Remember, vast majority of 129Fs do get approved, just some take longer than usual.

I received my NOA-2 today.  I am so happy and overjoyed.  The letter is dated 12/26 but I've been out of town.  Our NOA-1 Date was 8/3/18.

I had a typo in my earlier post...our NOA-1 was 8/8/2018.  I am thrilled to have the letter but still no update on either website or via text message.  Good luck to all of you!

I have been trying to be patient, however it gets more difficult.  My NOA1 changed, Jan 10-Jan 17 & still have not heard anything from USCIS.  It makes me wonder if I can expect an RFE & that's why I haven't gotten any news 😢.  What do you think, Shiran?

Did you physically send them or did RapidVisa prepared the package for you?

Try to stay positive cause that's an easy fix.  Send that letter in as soon as your get your RFE in the mail and it should not take long.

i went through my pkg and physically sent package to rapid visa...i went over it over and over...i know it was in there...

i have read other people's posts where they sent everything and the auditor doing the case still missed it. I also went through Rapid Visa and they had me redo and resend THEM some items that I had sent already, so, to me at least I know they rechecked everything. It sounds like an easy enough fix. I know my packet is much more complicated than normal, which is why i wanted to have the extra help in preparing everything.

RoC sent 10/30/21

NOA 11/16/21

Check Cashed 11/18/21

Biometrics Waived 01/19/2022

I thought USCIS would catch this even before sending it to the processing center. Nevertheless, dont panic as it is an easy fix like others have mentioned and you should not have to wait longer than a few weeks to have this approved. Best of luck and again keep us updated on this matter.

so are you saying you had an rfe when you say you resent what you had sent already?...if so how long was approval once submitted/fixed?
