I am in California, and also a "he". The note is indeed approval. Dec 27 is a date on the notice, which was Thursday, no online notification of any kind.  Postal stamp on envelope reads Dec 28.

I did make an attempt to expedite due to Russian/Ukrainian tensions about a month ago, that was denied. I have pretty unique last name, no military service, which might've sped up background check some. I know I had a few minor mistakes on 129F, like the box for "multiple filers" I left unchecked when I was suppose to check "Not applicable" Didn't affect anything. We have met online, but not on dating site, no IMB questions with regards to that. Good luck everyone, start checking your mailboxes, sign up for informed delivery if you haven't yet! Thank you all for support and good wishes.

Congratulations 🎉

I am getting nervous myself.  NOA1 is Aug 2.

Don't be. There are exactly three August filer I-129F timelines here at VJ with a NOA2 date filled in right now (though it's possible some people haven't updated their timelines due to the holidays). In fact, most June filers are still within normal processing times, let alone July and August.

Almost everyone here will see people who filed after them get approved before they are; that's just normal distribution, and doesn't mean you did something wrong.

Wow congratulation on your approval👍👍👍. Hope we get ours soon. Our noa1 date was August 22 old and August 27 new. I'm very excited to see more of us August family get NOA2 as new year gift. Hope we get ours before my birthday. 😊😊😊

Thank you for the encouragement.  This has been a stressful journey, but I know it's getting closer to the end.  Like someone said here on VJ, I just want to hear something so that my fiancé & will know how to plan our lives.  Without this group, I would have gone completely crazy by now 🤣.  Happy New Year...………...

Ok , so August 29th our case was recieved by USCIS. We got our NOA1 and are now waiting for our NOA2... with the government shutdown should we worry that this will affect our timeline? Has anyone who sent in their application gotten any news yet ?
