Did you submit your email authorization using form G-1145 e-Notification of Application Petition Acceptance? Or maybe in the I-129f you added your email address. If so that's why you are getting notified.

My fiance for sure did both and only got NOA1 by email so far.

Yes I did submit the G-1145 e-Notification when I submitted my I-129f.  You're correct, that's probably why I'm getting the notification now

After you receive your visa. Can't answer that questions because each case is different and you have not had your interview. So, what I tell you today, for you could possibly be different once you complete your interview. So many factors to consider when answering a question like that.

Have you received your case number from NVC? Do you know where your case file is at the moment?

:time:

No, I had my NOA1 August 14th... my timeline shows as Feb 7th - Feb 12th...

My case hasn’t been ‘touched’.. It still shows the exact same since the day I received my NOA1.. is this normal?

Thanks

First of all, I always thought that IMBRA topic were meant for those who've met through international marriage broker services.

Second, would you please complete your timeline and profile, Thank you. 😊

Now.. Did that "more than 3 conviction needs waiver" part was what confuse you?

You've had 1 DUI and 2 drugs related case so you were right to checked on the yes box.

As long as you've submit a complete court records of all those convictions, then no, you do not need a waiver.

No worries, fellow fillers. My petition had that same box checked. All we did was submit a full records of all, and we are good! We've received our NOA2.

It's normal; we just got NOA2 last week, and both web sites showed the same day up until they were updated with the approval (the "new" one on Monday; the old one I noticed yesterday, but I didn't look at Wednesday). Occasionally you'll see a minor 'name updated' or other change, but usually it will be the same until NOA2 or RFE.

Hi everyone.  Soon I will be completing the I-134.  The one I found online expires on 11/30/2018.  Does anyone know if there will be a new one starting January or do you think we will continue using the one that expirers on 11/30?  Thank you for your help.

We have seen that sometimes they will renew a form that expires and we have seen it continue to be used until such time as a new form is release. In any event, they will most likely use the start date of the new rendition of that form and they will tell you when they will discontinue a form. All updates to forms can be tracked here: https://www.uscis.gov/forms-updates  If you see a form that will soon expire and it may expire after it's intended use (Embassy interview) then it's best to wait till you are closer to your interview.

All previous editions are accepted anyway. The OMB (Office of Management and Budget) expiration date only matters internally for the USCIS. That expiration date has nothing to do with whether or not it will be acceptable for you to use. The edition date is what matters. The accepted edition dates for the forms are listed on the site where the forms can be found and downloaded. The I-134 states this. > https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

You can create a timeline here and track your case (as well as get estimated approval dates and much more):
