Yes! I saw that post too, it gave me so much hope , but did she mean up to June or they’ll have June complete and when they come back from holiday they’ll get started on July ?? I’m hoping by the new year we’ll hear something ...wishful thinking 🙏🏻

They are pushing to get through June by Christmas Holiday. July will be the first of the year.

We put ours in on July 26 2018 I hope we get the NOA2 by January...🙏🙏🙏

They probably won't touch it till after the holidays so keep busy till then as I HIGHLY doubt that you will hear anything soon.

Looks like as of right May has 41 out of 279 currently listed on VJ petitions approved. Note, that number will probably ever gets as high as 200, as 25% or percent of the people don't bother to update their timelines and/or abandon their petitions, or well, get stuck in some USCIS abyssal labyrinth. Hopefully they will keep that pace up. Hoping to see first June approval before American Thanksgiving.

Hopefully. I feel like once people get their approval they don’t bother to keep up with these kinds of blogs, I’ve been paying attention to my estimated approval time and it’s moving up

I think they will get into June before thanksgiving, I saw some May approvals with NOA1 from the middle of the month and one 5-31-18 , it could be random but I hope they are working towards June

The 5-31 approval was I believe an expedited case. And yes, that is my hope too.

That was expedited and took 5 months for approval. It’s crazy how slow immigration is now, my cousin did a fiancé visa for her now husband in 2016 , she filed in January and got an approval in March and her husband arrived in the states in June .

Checked my timeline today and it shown NOA2 date changed 3 days faster yay!😍 hopefully it will be faster every time I check LOL *fingercross

 

Anyway, from the date you guys received NOA1 hard copy to the "first touch" in USCIS system, how long it takes? Mine is still showing "Case was received"

That may not change "as touched" for 6 more months. This is a long ride and it has only one speed; USCIS speed.

Have you read the headlines! Everyone is running scarred that they won't get in the country so they are rushing to do it now rather then later. Legal immigration is not  the source of the immigration problem and therefor I see no need to panic. Just my opinion.

They are working towards every month not just June. I think that June will have approvals starting about mid November through mid December and then the Christmas holiday begins the Govt shut down for the holidays. They will resume in January with a fresh start on July. JMO

@Greenbaum that above notification the one I refer too, sorry for confusion. For NOA1 hard copy to this update "case was received to we are still reviewing your case" normally take how long? OR, those about notification will only be received by email? But when we check on "case status" in USCIS system will only shown "case was received"?
