I just found out today that my file was also shipped on the 19th (also showing it arrived on the 21st on DHL) so our files are probably in the same pile, so I'll be sure to update you if I get any update on my end.

Would you like me to update you if I find anything out since I seem to be in the same boat as Blondie?

yes!!!! thank you!!!

good!! so does that mean you are sending in your packet 3?

No we can't send it in until we are invited to. They will mail or email it. When we see an updated date on ceac it will mean p3 sent out.  If you sendvi  forms before hand they can be rejected .

That's the next step in the process and a very important milestone. Now the wait begins, about 2-3 weeks is what others have experienced, till the embassy sends you the P3. Do you have the correct Birth Certificate they are requiring? Don't forget to check in with the Canadian forum here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/93-canada/  There are some who have completed their visa and can help with any questions. Good luck with the interview. It's pretty easy from here on out.
