Visa in hand as of 2 days ago. Next business is with the CFO, flight is booked for the same week.

I hope nothing goes wrong that you miss your flight. CFO is notorious for messing with the beneficiary with a decline. I've seen it before. She needs to be confident and know you well, and I mean well.

I recently went to the CFO on Clark here in Angeles City just to talk to them.  The lady at the CFO stressed about how well the beneficiary must know the petitioner.  She told me not to think it's just a slide show.  They will do a 1 on 1 interview with each beneficiary.  She also stressed about additional documents the beneficiary need to bring.  My fiancé and I have been living together almost 4 years now here in the Philippines and we have a daughter who already has her US Citizenship but I still plan on giving her all kinds of documents for her CFO seminar.

AOS Timeline (I-485, I-765, I-131)

I've known some ladies who came out crying. They were refused. Some, under are direction went to other locations and repeated the interview without a problem. Manila is the only that gives anyone a problem.

USCIS received my response to the RFE a week ago. How long does an approval usually take? I know it’s a pretty quick turn around from what I’ve heard.

Another question about visiting again. My fiancé started a new job in January and didn’t tell anyone about the visa process and his intent to move here some day because he didn’t want to not get the job and appear disloyal to the company. He still hasn’t talked about us much to anyone and even though he plans on visiting here in two weeks, he said he can’t ask his boss to write a letter stating he expects him back on April 8 because it’ll appear suspicious. Are pay stubs enough along with bill statements and bank statements? I’m so worried about him being turned away when he’ll literally be in the same building as me
