We got hard copy of RFE on 25th, sent it back on 26, and got NOA2 on Feb1.

No, I think mine will come later cos I'm stationed overseas. I called USCIS trying to know the reason for the RFE but they refused telling me.

Probably not. Even level two wouldn't tell me when I had one, said I had to wait for the letter to find out.

Its the luck of the draw..and persistence with uscis.  I have seen success though many times.

Yea, just depends on who you get. I tried a few times, every one refused. The letter comes quick, so it's no big deal.
