Ok, as I said, pictures do not prove that you've met WITHING LAST 2 years. They just show you 2 met. They want something that shows you've met between Aug 2016, and Aug 2018. It says nothing about affidavits having to be notarized by  the way. They are not asking for pictures of your text chat. They want proof of physical meeting. Do boarding passes clearly show your name and date of travel? Do you have baggage tags maybe? Did you write a letter about what you did when 2 of you met with exact dates? Do you have any credit card receipts from your time while visiting him?

Also, they are asking for something else. They are asking for original version of some document (Minutes of Judgement) from Casablanca it seems you sent translation, but didn't include photocopy of the original. So make sure to include that.

Yes I understand better now . I have found my receipts and bank charges for my tickets and also ATM withdrwal I made overseas . I will write a person letter about our meeting boarding passes are printed again and no baggage tags :( i trashed them  for both trips

THANKS A MILLION for explaining I can breathe now

This is fairly common RFE by the way, so do not panic. But also do not forget about the first part where the want photocopy of original Minutes of Judgments.

Even the site dont have updated forms now, do anyone has the link for new Affidavit of support 2019?

https://www.uscis.gov/i-134

Click on the "Edition date" as long as it matches the form, you are fine. The expiration date is not for you to worry about but for OMB (Office of Management and Budget)
