I was looking at some timelines for September filers and some of them were approved in like 110 days...a little over 3 months! They had the same service center as me. How does that even happen?

i know, that is just unfair. I pray they can finish with all of august already, like seriously.

I’ve tried calling but I can’t seem to get to an actual person. And when I put my receipt number in using the WAC in numerical form it says that I didn’t enter in enough numbers

Call early and choose the option with questions about your petition. And then it also says speak to someone. I have called at all times of day and it worked.

I wish you well as well. ❤️ this is also the most challenging wait I have ever done in my life especially when you are someone who already has 0 patience, this is defiantly a life test lol.

Oh wow..then we are the same because my fiance is impatient as hell🤣🤣 but you will definitely be finished before me...but believe me..we have waited much longer...uscis is moving through these a bit faster...believe it or not..but years ago..it only took 1 month to get from noa1 to noa2.... that is crazy!!! They increased the fees and the wait time...totally ridiculous!

You can begin working on the I-134 because like I said in a earlier post it needs to be completed for the interview. It's a document that can be saved and re-opened for edit till such time as you feel that it is "perfect" and it's time for the interview. Once must be careful as the latest form is dated Nov 2018 expire date but it remains "open" till another one is produced. Sometimes they have you go straight to the new document, other times they give you a grace period before they require the new addition be used.

Also, the latest copy of your tax return must be included in the documents. If your interview is before April 15th and you have not filed 2018 taxes then you are allowed to use the most current tax return which would then be 2017.

Greenbaum, if my interview is the first week of April but the 2018 taxes are already filed, is it ok to take 2018??? Or should I take both 2017 and 2018?

You usually take the last 3 years. So youd take 2016, 2017, and 2018
