i sent them a letter, and i got a letter from them today from the day i actually called saying i can just forward everything to NVC in an email so I did. so if its in before it is sent, great, or if they add it from the NVC thats great too, either way i have all sorts of documentation that I am getting it corrected. what is funny though is it looks like they approved me right when i called. because the letter i just got said i was approved on the 25th, but the website says the 28th....i am still waiting for the official noa2 letter though so i am expecting that in the next couple of days since this letter was dated the 25th and just got here.

I received an e-mail and SMS from USCIS that my case still being reviewed and there were "No actions on it" since Aug 16. Our tax dollars hard at work. Very useful and efficient notification system. Not in any way inaccurate or misleading. (Our case actually at the Kyiv embassy now, and we have an Interview on Monday)

So excited for you guys. Make sure to let us all know how it goes 😊😊😊

It's crazy to think that in a matter of weeks, August filers are going to start reuniting with their loved ones. I'm sooo excited for everyone. I know for me personally, that moment at the airport when I first lay eyes on her will probably be the best moment of my life! It seems almost unreal at this point to even think about it. It seems like decades since I saw her in person.

NVC wait times are long right now. Expect another 3 months to have Visa in hand.

how do you figure that? Shiran received his NOA2 right around a month ago and his documents have already made it through NVC, to the Embassy, and his fiancee has an appointment next week. His fiancee could have visa in hand by the end of the week, depending on how many days it takes them to get her passport back to her.

If you have been following the January filers that received NOA2 to NVC people from beginning on the month still don't have there's at the NVC. Let alone the amount of time to get to the embassy. Trust me I really hope it is that fast. I'm stressing alot with a baby due may 31 and hoping I get this done by then. I have my fingers crossed for august filers.

the good news for us is that from what I hear Visa in hand from Kyiv is fairly quick. we are tentatively planning a flight for mid May

Next embassy shipment goes out on Feb 5th and 6th. Regardless, I am not sure how it is applicable to my case specifically as our packet already passed NVC stage and at embassy. My timeline is filled and accurate. We actually coulda had interview tomorrow, but doing it Monday instead.

It was 17 days from NOA2 to NVC. A bit over a months from NOA2 date to interview. Fingers crossed tight for that to go well.

it should be a breeze for you buddy! Good luck!
