August data will increase as those filers will flow into VJ and update their information in the months to come.  I'm a Feb 2018 filer and did not find this site until July of this year.  You will see numbers over 300 in here, which is about 10% of total filers for the month.

Sure but what I meant in my post is to postulate whether or not the total number of applications received by USCIS might vary significantly from say August versus February based upon holidays, weather, kids out of school, etc... For example, we all know many more brides want to get married in June versus say January. I wonder if the same holds true for visa applications?

Here is an historical graph that USCIS used to produce on their old website.  This should give you an idea about total cases throughout the year.

I was actually about to reach out and check if you got your WAC number yet. You should get paper NOA1 (I-797C) in a few days. As many other suggested it helps to sign up for Informed delivery with USPS to make sure vital mail doesn't go missing, or misplaced. Welcome to the long wait.

Yes, via USPS. Don't worry, I think they'll get to it in a few days ! Did you track your package ? Did it say if it was picked up ?

I noticed in your time line it says Texas service center, is what what it says on USCIS site for you? The Lockbox facility is in Texas, but it isn't actually "Service Center" The e-mail notification you received as well as USCIS website should tell what your service center is now that you have your case/receipt number.

I could not find graph that shows per month breakdown like that.

Those guys have quite a backlog, if these numbers are accurate.

Oh, wow. Great info. Thanks! For K1s, it seems denial is at around 20%. May I ask what year these numbers are from?

That screenshot from @Scott Br is a few months old and is from scans that used to be done on old site. Since old site barely updates scans are no longer useful.

plus it's a timely process to do the scans.

IN REGARDS TO WHICH DATE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date.

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

I just noticed that you posted the link to the new site to track the case status. It's weird but when I put my case number in I get this message:

"We cannot find a case that matches the receipt number that you provided. You should check to make sure you correctly entered the number. If your receipt number is correct, this tool may not support online tracking for your case. You can also try using the existing Case Status Online tool to check your case status."

But on the old one, my case number works just fine..is the same thing happening to you ??
