Yeah i noticed. So from Jan11 it’s almost 3 weeks since. I’ll check with NVC by next week.

Fill this out. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/ask-nvc.html

You can do this as beneficiary. Put your name as "Principal Applicant" For the Questions put "Can you please provide me NVC case number for USCIS petition receipt WACXXXXXX, and current status. Thank you." They will not respond right away but eventually they will. I would guess maybe Saturday if you fill it out right now. You might be in for a pleasant surprise.

Case Was Approved

On January 28, 2019, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WACxxxxxxxxxxxxx. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address

i found out on the new site, but have not received it in the mail yet....

Congrats!! It will probably take a little while for the mail to get to its destination since it's only been 1 day, but at least you know you've been approved! :D

So, this is quite fascinating to me, and I don't recall anyone mentioning this, but I just got forwarded our 129F AFTER it went through USCIS, so it shows all notes, and marks of USCIS adjudicator on it. I can see which questions they marked out as they were going through petition, and big "APPROVED" stamp from DHS on top. Hand written "A" number that they assigned to my beneficiary etc. I can even see 2 hole punch on the top edge of the form.

That does seem unusual but interesting to have! Did it get sent to the petitioners address?

It was e-mailed as PDF attachment to me along with IMBRA pamphlet but it was meant for my beneficiary.  Basically I believe this is out "packet 3" It full 13 pages of 129F. IT doesn't include photographs, letters of intent, or our "love letter" for question 54.  But question 54 has checkmark next to it, which I interpret to mean "these are important things that we check" For reference beneficiary places of employment, or parents information have no such checkmarks.

This is an example (apologizes for an example of my horrible penmanship) Writing is mine, but those slash marks were made by someone at USCIS

The top portion of page one. Redacted items are "A" numbers, and barcode with NVC number probably added later by NVC.

Very interesting they sent all that. I’m not sure Iv heard others receive it either. I wonder if it’s new for petitions going to the Kyiv embassy 🤔 either way nice to have it back and see what they’ve ticked off. Thank you for sharing!
