My fiancè’s roomie received a letter  in the mail! Holy smokes!!!! Im just waiting for him to respond with a photo to see how many pages the letter contains. Im so nervous. Let it be an approval pleaaaaaaaase.😭

So this is the back portion of the letter? What do you guys make of this? An RFE? Or approval? I’m not sure if my fiancè will allow his roomie to open and read his letters haha he won’t be back in the US til next next week.

Mine is an RFE and does not show page 1 of 1 through the envelope like yours does so maybe yours is an approval

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I saved another one that was posted on here awhile back for reference that turned out to be an Approval and it's identical. :D

Geeez thanks for the positivity guys! I hope so too!!! I asked my fiancè if he’ll allow his roomie to take a peek and invade his privacy a lil.

It is approval for sure, it is standard form I-797, that black in upper right corner has the name of your beneficiary. Preemptive congratulations. Call NVC in couple of weeks. 

 

Edit:

Upon looking at it closer, the date appears to be Jan 11, 2019?? It took over two weeks to get to you? I would actually call NVC NOW if that is the case.

Yeah i noticed. So from Jan11 it’s almost 3 weeks since. I’ll check with NVC by next week.
