Some of the agents are so ignorant   And its hard to get someone good

Eh, it happens with a lot of businesses and the like as well... there's probably a lot of people working that have all been trained at different times and aren't all clear on following the same protocols. My guess is they're probably not supposed to tell us about the information to keep the process streamlined, but I've still had hope that someone might budge and we'd get lucky with it..

Either way it'll probably be a fast turnover time. No holidays comings up thankfully

Yeah thankfully, I'm hoping it will be settled before Feb 18 (Washington's Birthday/President's Day). The next holiday after that isn't until Good Friday/Easter weekend I think, which is a good chunk of no-holiday time.

Last month it took average 8-10 days to hear back after submitting rfe. I'm estimated to be approved by Feb 8 and they just received it today. So not too bad. Hoping sooner.

Oh that would be great, I read about them having 60 days to reply and did a bit of a panic because they do have the option to hold off if they want/need to. Hopefully ours follows similarly to last months average.

So my fiance (petitioner) tried calling again today to try and get our RFE read to us and he got the same response again "wait until you receive the RFE in the mail" so I dunno what those who have been successful have been doing but I guess we will just have to be patient because they say the same thing every time. 😓

They told us the same thing..and we are waiting for mail from 15th😢

Well, new site updated today saying an RFE was sent on the 24th (whereas agent told me on Tuesday it was sent on the 18th). Called and spoke to a level 2 who confirmed the decision was made on the 18th, but it was not sent out until the 24th. He refused to tell me what it was for, claimed that they don't have access to the actual contents of the RFE (which we all know is a lie) ... I'm truly sick of dealing with USCIS at this point...

It shows when you cross the border. You enter your passport info.

Thank you.  Did you have to pay for a copy? The website is saying it's under maintenance tonight but not letting me do anything but enter my info.
