If you have tracking number from USPS, or whatever you used to send it, you can check with that and see when it is received by Dallas Lockbox. Monday is American Worker's day, so that will probably will add a delay to processing. If you included e-mail and mobile phone number on separate form with your 129F packet, you should receive notification soon. You will also see your cheque cashed via ACH transaction if you paid with personal cheque.

Seems like there are 69 of us for August. I understand this number will fluctuate a bit. This is actually tiny comapred to February/March which seems to have nearly 400 filers.  Good luck to all of us!

There were less than 100 May filers signed up here at the end of May; now there are 200. I think as it gets closer to expected NOA2 date more people show up, or at least create timelines.

Here comes my 'worry post:' In cleaning/disposing of papers, I came across checklist for packet and just realized I didnt translate the WhatsApp conversations/screenshots I sent as proof of ongoing relationship. They are in Spanish 😁.

I sent my conversations and didn't translate as well ( mine are in Ukrainian). USCIS cares if you met withing the last 2 years, I doubt they will care if your conversations are in a different language..don't worry !

I am in the same boat as you, sent my package yesterday, and expected arrival is tuesday..now that I read that the form expires I am worried

From what I understand the expiring bit is for internal OMB  (Office of Management and Budget) use 

There is no new form available yet, so it should be fine. Do not lose your USPS tracking number, that way you will know when it is delivered to Dallas Lockbox, except e-mail/SMS message a few days after, and paper notification a few days after that.

USCIS received my I-129 k1 fiancee visa July 26 I hoping to get the NOA2 Before Christmas I only hope God knows...

Hello, everybody, 

quick question if anyone can explain this to me

I sent my K1 package on August 16 and it got received to Dallas USCIS on August 22.  Two weeks later I got mail from USCIS  form I-797C with the receipt number. However, I haven't got any priority date on this notice is this just me or is this new thing,.Two years ago my friend did K1 and he got his notification with a priority date of November 14 2016. am I doing something wrong???

Here is the note I got: 

 

I made no attempts to file for expedited processing so there is no priority request. As of today, Sept 2, 2018, all cases with NOA1 date after February 4, 2018 are still in "normal processing" window.  Notice date is your NOA1 date btw, not received date.

Didnt even know such thing as priority date existed. Could it be something that USCIS discontinued due to volume of applications?

 

Either way, I've read enough to mentally prepare to wait until end of Feb early march for their response...while praying there's no RFE 🙏🏾.
