CFO question....

It seems as though....from what I have read.... that if you take the seminar.... people are not getting their stickers right away.... Either having to come back...or get their stickers at the airport.

Why is this?

I suspect it relates to maybe they did their interview 1st, and the embassy now has their passport?  Or is it...they must have a visa...to get their sticker?

Just trying to figure out, if my fiancée goes to CFO...before the embassy interview...will she get the sticker, saving the hassle of trying to secure it...the day she returns to Manila, and is flying out.

Thanks.

That's correct. CFO must have the passport to affix their certificate to. So if you go early without your passport then you'll get a document that you use to get the sticker once you have your passport. She cannot get the sticker early unless she has the passport. She can get it at the airport prior to her flight. When you are ready use this information for NAIA airport. Call two days ahead and schedule an appointment so that they are in their office when she arrives.

CFO - Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Office

CFO NAIA: 632-879-5685 or 02-879-5685  (Offices are open from 5am - midnight)

  • CFO NAIA desk is at terminal one.. beside TIEZA travel tax desk.. between the entrance doors with the x-ray / conveyor machines..
  • CFO counter is next to the travel tax counter in terminal 2, up front of the departure area
  • CFO sticker at Terminal 3 on the 3rd Floor at the CFO office

Cfo wont give you the sticker if you dont have your visa yet they only give you the certificate so after you get your visa in hand you need to go back to the cfo to get the sticker.

"Must have the visa to get the sticker"

The reason many go early is because of appointment openings.  They don't want to be waiting to complete the seminar AFTER they receive their passport w/visa back from the embassy.

Only those (fiancee & spouses of USC) completing the GCP seminar can attend early.
