I agree with above that CO discretion is at play here.  Did the officer say that you have an option to submit another sponsor?

Jhf, Oh okay, but the previous person he sponsored was just one and he's been on this income for quite many years. But as you've said, I will find another sponsor. But I've been with my wife for just one since the time we married. Could it also be a factor? Since we got married in 4years ago we haven't met. This was the time I thought I could immigrate to meet her.

1.Will the embassy send my documents back to nvc and USCIS for me to do the appeal from there?

2. Or they will still be holding my documents down here Ghana for me to notice them by email if I've got a sponsor. Because I've already been refused and the CO officer didn't tell me to bring another affidavit

Im an electrician and wanted to continue my electrical work in the states. My uncle does not have any family member he's sponsoring in the states apart from him and wife and their two children and the other friend he sponsored. He was able to show the source of his income by bring all necessary and required documents. He's a network engineer. Problem there were other grounds like, I've only been with my wife ones for our whole life of been in the relationship. Because in 7 years we've met just ones because of financial issues. She will always travel to me is she gets the fund. So does that mean, if my wife can't travel to me, the embassy can't give me a chance to go to my wife?

From the other thread you hi jacked...

Yes it’s clear that it’s not just the cosponsor that’s the issue (as for not any family member apart from lol the 5 you mention plus you and your wife)

if you and your wife could only meet once in 7 years because of financial issues - that does indicate a clear lack of funds and could contribute to the public charge concerns - apart from what seems more obvious probably being your inability to prove a proper relationship having only met once.

Lemomslice, she has about 6000$ dollars missing in her income since the current poverty guideline was raised. She has to be making 22468 there about to sponsor for two. That's her self and me. She is now looking for a second job. But we only have one year to do this since when the time elapse we have to stat the process new.
