It means you should be receiving the EAD card in the mail soon. Did you file for both the EAD and Advanced Parole? If so, both are generally approved together and you will receive a combo card.

January 24, 2018: EAD/AP Combo Card in hand

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

It sounds like you will get your EAD/AP card soon...congratulations.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

If you applied for AP along with I-485 & I-765, it should be a combo card, which serves for both, for an  Employment Authorization and an Advance Parole.

When you receive the card, check the bottom - it should say "serves as I-512 AP".

 

Sometimes, not often,  they can send you a separate I-512 form. My first EAd was a combo, but the second one (I had to re-new it due to long pending of Imy -485) I got two forms - an Employment Authorization card and separate I-512 Form.  They even arrived at different time.

 

But usually it's a combo.
