Hello journey people =)

i didn't find a current topic, so i decided to make a new one ;-)

my fiancé is active duty military, we appllied for the K1 Visa and waiting for NOA2, I wanted to get the paperwork for P3 done already, embassy is in Frankfurt/Germany. Is there anything else we need as affidavit of support than the regular requirements as tax return, bank Statements and the form?

Do we need a Proof of Service letter, his orders?

Thank you guys in advance

My fiance is military. Aside from latest tax returns and affidavit of support, I also handed over 1 LES at the US consulate, they didn't ask for it but I said he's military and its his LES and the guy basically said "Ok, sure" lol.

The only kind of proof of service we submitted was a letter from his commander when we requested our K1 to be expedited, other than that, nothing.

Deployment is the only way military petitions can be expedited. (Aside from general requirements)

Yes. He didn't have official orders yet, but he's deployed the same time every year. Instead of deployment orders we had command write a letter to USCIS (or whomever it may concern, haha) that he was scheduled to deploy in month X, asking to expedite our case. The expedite was approved within a few days if I recall correctly.
