I called NVC yesterday and was told they started scheduling Manila on that day. He said they will keep scheduling for October for the next 2-3 weeks and to call back in a week or 2.

True. My interview schedule will be on October 1st. Just got it this morning. :) I'm sure you will get yours anytime soon :)
