HELP! Affidavit of Support Question

Hi guys,

 

I just received an RFE for our affidavit because it was the wrong version (duh, silly me) But since I submitted my application by husband has lost his job. Luckily I was proactive and found a joint sponsor, my cousin. 
Can someone please confirm if my husband files the I-864 and the joint sponsor files the I-864 too? 
 

Our joint sponsor would cover most of expectations as my husband has no income and we only have about $1500 in savings... Please help!

 

Next question, My Cousin is married, does her husband need to fill in the I-864a form? They file taxes together BUT she earns well over the poverty guidelines on her own? and She has proof of her individual income?

Yes your hubby and co sponsor both files the I-864

 

You have a co sponsor so you fine with having only $1500 in your savings 

 

I think your Cousin's husband has to fill out I-854a since they file taxes together
