Its just not always clear if a field is not applicable.. there is some ambiguity , for example "Person 4" and "Person 5" applies to every spouse beneficiary and it could be argued that one should fill those fields with something other than N/A....

Do ARC number , USCIS Online Number, Social Sec number apply to my wife who is the beneficiary and an Indian citizen? In other words should I be using NONE or N/A for these fields?

Enter all zeros in these fields unless she actually has one or more of those numbers.

Belt and suspenders would be to enter "No More Children" in the first field after you finish with the actual family members.  This stuff is easier when you use common sense AND don't over-think it.  Putting something in each field is a years out of date instruction.

In my I-130 form Question 20a, for my current spouse info (I am currently married),  Should I leave the "date marriage ended" blank, or put N/A since it doesn't really apply to me as I am currently married, or put "PRESENT" as some people have done?

You can leave it blank as it doesn't apply.

You leave it blank but not because it doesn't apply.  You do it because it hasn't ended.  Blank....IS...an answer in this case.  You could also hand write "current" in that space.

Ok will leave blank... how about the "Spouse 2" field. I have already mentioned that I am married 1 time on the form, so surely "Spouse 2" has to be N/A ?

ARC Number, Social Sec Number would apply only to people who are either citizens, resident aliens or non resident aliens. My wife is none of these, she is a foreign citizen who has never visited the United States. Would N/A not be an equally valid response here for my situation?

The form won't allow you to type that there, so "Not Applicable" would be what you would type in the family name space.

Yes, except you cannot type that in the form.  You would have to hand write it.

If we turn off the Javascript in Adobe Reader (Edit->Preferences->JavaScript uncheck Enable JavaScript) actually, the form will allow N/A or anything else.

We can turn off Javascript in Adobe Reader (Edit->Preferences->JavaScript uncheck Enable Acrobat JavaScript) and the form will no longer restrict us from typing anything in any of the fields.
